Submit a Job Advertisement
We post position advertisements for governmental and non-profit agencies for public safety communications positions. Among positions normally advertised are public safety and 9-1-1 communications officers, supervisors, training officers, managers, and directors as well as information technology (IT) and geographic information systems (GIS) specialists who support public safety and 9-1-1 services. There is no charge for placing your advertisement. Please allow 5 days for your advertisement to be processed and posted.

Please submit position advertisement information via e-mail to the Webmaster.

Ideally, please submit the following information and documents

  • Agency Name
  • Position Title (as you would like it posted)
  • Advertisement Opening Date
  • Closing Date (Apply By Date/Time), Open Until Filled, or Continuous
  • Direct link to your agency's or the governmental HR website posting of this position advertisement (if available)
  • If not available via a website link, provide an MS Word or PDF document with position details including details on how to apply
  • Your contact information (name, title, contact info)
  • If you have the logo for your agency, county, or city available, please attach it for potential use with your ad.

If your advertised position is "open until filled," please notify us once the position recruitment is closed.

"Continuous" ads are eligible while your agency or locality has such positions publicly posted as open for recruitment.
